The Foundation is a purely not for profit, 501(c)(3) venture without any employees. It usually consists of less than 6 persons at any point in time.  We never intend to make money on this concept, but only wish to share with the world our view of a successful local sustainable economic community that is capable of surviving the post peak oil period.  We hope this site will freely help others create communities by using this as a basic framework that can be altered to fit their own needs and accelerate their start-up time.

We intend to build the first Village near Pensacola, Florida. A lot of people have already expressed interest in residency but applications are not being taken until all Village financing is in place first.  At that time the web site STATUS will indicate we are ready to construct (but see: Apply Early).  We plan to advertise locally which should pull 300 of the 500 residents needed.  This will give us better community roots.

It is our belief that this is the future of mankind and a means by which mankind can evolve to a higher state of being.
