Guarantee

Guarantee #1:     No promoter, organizer or resident of the Village will profit
                              from another resident or receive preferential treatment. 

                          All residents will have to pay their fair share.
                          This can be before or within a few years after entry. 
                          Children will pay after the age of 18.

Guarantee #2:    Any resident who does not wish to remain in the Village
                       will receive a refund of all monies paid into the Village.
