Jack Reed

Jack Reed is truly a visionary who has spent nearly three decades studying, examining and experimenting with ways to make this planet a better place. In his award winning book The Next Evolution - A blueprint For Transforming The Planet (2001), he paints this vision of a new world. His book inspired the creation of this foundation.

Although parts of Jack's book are incorporated in our new book Co-Op Villages, The Next Evolution, 113 pages were excluded that any serious minded community seeker must read.  That section, titled: Living For The Highest Good Of The Community, details how a successful village could be governed.  It concentrates on 12 Focus Groups governing by consensus, concerned about all aspects of Village life including how we have fun. He outlines in great detail how such a system would operate.
